SAP AI Engineer Full-time

We invite a talented AI Full-Stack Engineer to be a part of our new competency SAP AI.

As an integral part of our team, your responsibilities will span designing, creating, and enhancing product modules or features. You’ll also operate in line with specifications and project plans.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it’s your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SAP CAP based Node.JS applications, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions
• Build responsive UI components using SAP Fiori and UI5, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Integrate SAP CAP with SAP HANA for efficient data management and modeling
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure the quality and stability of software solutions
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI-centric software development projects or similar roles
• Excellent Python or JavaScript skills for cloud development
• Solid understanding of several AI concepts, such as
• Large Language models
• Embedding
• Fine-tuning
• Prompt engineering
• Retrieval Augmented Generation
• Vector Store
• LLM Agents
• An enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations within SAP
• B2+ English level, both verbal and written

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SAP AI Services, AI Core, SAP Generative AI Hub
• Good grasp of the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Experience developing cloud application-based SAP Cloud Application Programming (SAP CAP) Framework
• Understanding of Machine Learning Features in SAP HANA (SAP HANA PAL)
