Responsible AI Technology Architect Full-time

Your Role: If you have a knack for tech architecture and a passion for responsible AI, we want you! With your experience in creating cutting-edge systems and knowledge in AI fairness, transparency, and privacy, you’ll lead our efforts in building responsible AI solutions that make a real-world impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and guide the team on best practices and architectural guidelines for AI model development, testing, deployment, monitoring and auditing.
• Define, build and roll out our internal Responsible AI tools and assets.
• Collaborate on cloud-based data & AI integrations.
• Drive thought leadership in responsible tech.
• Mentor teams and provide technical training.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to all stakeholders.

What You Need:

• A degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience (more for senior roles).
• Architectural Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and their AI Services.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java or similar languages.
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with big data tools and database management.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Data & AI regulations, compliance, and standards.
• Expertise in Responsible AI and Generative AI risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk assessment skills.
• Project management experience.
• Consulting skills in designing and implementing governance structures.

Bonus Points:

• Published papers or thought leadership in Responsible AI.
• Legal experience in AI compliance.
• Ability to lead project workstreams and manage resources.
