We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer, Sr Staff to join our AI/GenAI team. In this role, you will work closely with AI/GenAI team, circuit and layout designers, engineering teams, and domain experts to transform human experience and technical knowledge into AI knowledge. Your expertise in Python and shell scripting, along with your excellent communication skills, will be crucial in driving our AI/GenAI initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with circuit and layout designers, EDA tool developers as well as other engineering teams, to gather and convert commands, tools, flows, and documents knowledge into AI knowledge.
• Work with Synopsys EDA and engineering teams to utilize internal tools and documentation for AI knowledge conversion.
• Transform human experience and knowledge into structured AI knowledge to enhance AI systems and copilots.
• Engage with domain experts, AI engineers, and their created documentation to ensure accurate and comprehensive AI knowledge representation.
• Develop and maintain automation flows to streamline data loading, transformation, and storage processes.
• Utilize Python scripting to efficiently handle data retrieval, transformation, and storage tasks.
• Interface with various system APIs and large scale databases to retrieve and store data as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python and shell scripting for data manipulation and automation.
• Understanding of working with system APIs and SQL/NonSQL Databases for data retrieval and storage.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English writing and speaking.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including domain experts, AI engineers, and documentation teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills
