What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join SentinelOne’s AI Security Innovation Center. In this role, you will lead the creation and launch of products dedicated to securing AI within enterprises. Our AI Security products focus on protecting AI and Machine Learning models, algorithms, and their underlying data. This is a very visible and hands-on PM role dedicated to one of our important areas of innovation and helping to secure our customers’ most cutting-edge technologies. You will interact with executives, engineering, sales, marketing, peers in product management, and most importantly, customers.
What will you do?

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI Security products
• Establish priorities for what features we should build, when we should build them, and why.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML-powered solutions that meet customer needs
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI and cybersecurity industry
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and data science teams to ensure successful implementation of AI/ML solutions
• Manage the release of AI Security products, including capabilities, features, workflows, and pricing and packaging.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch new products
• Measure and analyze the success of AI Security products and iterate to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI/ML and cybersecurity and apply this knowledge to improve our products

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Your experience should set you up for success if you:
• Have extensive expertise in cybersecurity product management, with a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, LLMs, and vector databases.
• Have extensive expertise in AI/ML technologies, with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or AI/ML product development
• Proven track record of delivering successful cybersecurity products in the enterprise market
• An understanding of how to use AI technology, such as LLMs, vector databases, and embedding algorithms, to solve difficult problems
• An understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with securing AI technology, including threat vectors, common misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, attack trends
• Ability to define and prioritize detection requirements for AI Security products
• Customer Focus – Ability to create a shared vision with customers and deliver on it
• Ownership – You are accountable, persistent, and tenacious about getting things done and bring that out in others
• Passion – You have a passion for building the best product in the market
• Craftsmanship – You insist on the highest standards and lead by example
• This position requires up to 15% travel to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.
