Product Owner, AI augmented advisory support Full-time

Your role

Are you an experienced product owner with a track record of delivering cutting edge generative AI products that are designed to revolutionize the way you bank? Do you want to play a key role in driving customer value with conversational AI products?

We’re looking for a Product Owner to:
• have the overall responsibility for the AI augmented advisory support product, including strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) in the Conversational Banking Crew
• deeply understand the needs of our client advisors globally, act as their voice within the pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly
• mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods, crews and business units and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal and external stakeholders and clients across all hierarchy levels of the organization
• motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
• define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance
• stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of generative AI. Continuously explore new techniques and methodologies, and apply them to improve our products and conversational flows
• troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during product development, implementation, or deployment.

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Analytics & Sales Platform stream playing a vital role in shaping our AI augmented advisory support initiative and leveraging generative AI to solve a variety of challenges. Your expertise will drive the development and enhancement of our conversational AI products ultimately contributing to our organization’s growth and success. Your working hours can be split between UBS Wroclaw office and work-from-home setup.

Your expertise
• minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, specifically with UI focus, or leading comprehensive cross-functional projects in large, complex organizations
• proven track record in managing external partnerships effectively for product development
• solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft) and their machine learning offerings
• first hands-on experience working with large language models like Whisper, Azure AI Speech, GPT etc.
• solid product marketing experience with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing user experience
• strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to analyze and diagnose problems and to gain buy-in for complex cross-departmental solutions at all levels of the organization
• outstanding communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus
