Product Manager (AI/ML, Storage) Full-time

Job Summary

As a Product Manager you build exemplary capabilities and facilitate world class customer journeys. This is an execution focused role that requires the ability to understand the vision, roadmap, and priorities and execute the priorities effectively and efficiently working with an agile squad. You will be responsible for the product management/ownership of a specific growth area of NetApp’s business.

Job Requirements
• Execute on the priorities of one or more agile squads
• Ensure alignment of priorities with corporate, business and product objectives & goals
• Partner with peer Product Managers or Product Managers in other Teams at NetApp to align on corporate priorities and initiatives
• Ensure a thorough understanding of customer/user journeys either by directly interacting with users or an equivalent business person/stakeholder
• Partner with scrum master, engineering manager, and squad members to regularly plan and lead the execution of requirements of an assigned squad
• Develop, groom, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of the squad and measure and monitor success using metrics
• Partner with Engineering Managers and leaders to ensure squad has right kinds of skillset to deliver on squad objectives and goals

Job Requirements
• Demonstrable success in understanding, prioritizing, and executing user requirements to deliver world class product capabilities
• Exceptional skills in writing detailed user stories for the incoming requirements
• Experience in Agile Environment, Jira & Confluence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical skills & ability to work independently & on cross functional teams.
• Experiences in AI/ML and data storage/management/scaling product management are highly desired

Education

– 8 to 12 years of Total experience and 5+ years of Product Manager/Owner experience is required
– Hands on experience with writing requirements, user stories, working with a product backlog, and working in requirement management tool/system such as Jira is required
– Highly desired product experience in AI/ML and data storage/management/scaling
