Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Product Manager AI with a robust background in strategic
business planning and AI/ML product management. This role is tailored for a dynamic leader who excels in strategic product road-mapping, corporate communication, and business integration. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in AI/ML technology, combined with a significant track record as an entrepreneur and business strategist, ideally within the AI/ML tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term strategic AI/ML plans and roadmaps to align with corporate vision and business integration.
• Lead communication strategies for both upward and corporate channels, ensuring clear and consistent messaging on AI/ML project status, vision, and strategic value.
• Drive the integration of new AI/ML business strategies and technologies, fostering a seamless merger of business and AI/ML product development.
• Formulate and articulate strategic AI/ML insights and vision in ways that inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving business goals.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• MBA required, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML technology, entrepreneurship, and business strategy.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, AI/ML product road-mapping, and high-level corporate communication.
• Demonstrated ability in leading complex AI/ML projects and initiatives that require detailed strategic AI/ML understanding and excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in AI/ML emerging technologies, with the ability to guide and influence tech-oriented strategic decisions.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities, with a history of entrepreneurial success and business integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field w/ 12+ years of relevant experience (or a Master’s degree w/ 8+ years of relevant experience); advanced technical degrees or certifications (such as PMP or Scrum Master) are advantageous.

• Strong visionary with a clear understanding of how AI/ML technological advancements can be leveraged to drive business strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with executives, engineers, and various stakeholders.

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
