Private Capital Operational AI Solutions Analyst with Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Monitors, performs & verifies tasks in the operational area according to procedures in order to meet clients’ expectations.
• Assists in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals.
• Ensuring the stability and functionality of robotics solutions following releases and updates.
• Conducting live demonstrations for clients and internal teams.
• Managing and updating tracker tickets in our internal system.
• Training data models for deployment across various global locations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client communication and client support environment.
• Experience in Securities Services or Investment Fund industry.

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Active listening and negotiations skills;
• Excellent organizational & communication skills;
• Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines;
