Responsibilities (Text Only)

– Conduct state of the artresearch atthe intersection of AI and Systems domains to improve Cloud efficiency and reliability.
– Driving the end-to-end research agenda from establishing the problem definition to designing algorithms, tools, and models.
– Publish and contribute to top scientific conferences and journals.
– Cross-Organization Leadership: Effective collaborate across research and engineeringteams.
– Work with a small group of fellow researchers and product engineering teams to design and execute practical solutions for step-function real-world impact.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications:
– Doctorate in relevant field AND 3+ years related-research experience
– OR equivalent experience.

– 3+ years leadership experience (e.g., leading research projects, leading program committees, mentoring interns/post-docs).
– Research experience and at least five publications in top conferences/journals in one of the following areas: machine learning, systems, privacy, software engineering, statistics, optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Doctorate in relevant field AND 5+ years related-research experience
– OR equivalent experience.

– 5+ years experience in translating scientific research to engineering or product impact.
