Creativity is the soul of advertising. The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.
This team is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and building the products for Symphony, TikTok’s suite of AI-powered creative tools. A key product within Symphony is Creative Studio, a video generation tool that can produce a TikTok video in minutes from minimal inputs, supporting advertisers and content creators with free capabilities to make the creative production process easier and more efficient. The team will continue to expand Symphony with new AI-driven products and features that revolutionize the way creators and brands ideate and develop content on TikTok.
We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead the technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.
The technological innovation of AIGC is causing an industry revolution. AIGC enhances the richness of content, improves the efficiency of creative production, significantly reduces the production costs of content, thereby enhancing the marketing effectiveness of advertisers. It is foreseeable that there will be great returns for the creative industry. Therefore, we want to invest more to this area.
Responsibilities:
1. Work as the leader who makes sure AI products/systems are trustworthy, safe and compliant.
2. Work closely with global cross-functional teams (Legal, Tns, integrity etc.), to deliver reliable and responsible AI systems.
3. Drive responsible AI strategy development with teams of world-class engineers and product managers worldwide.
4. Drive transparency communication with xFn teams to help our users/customers understand the AI system.
5. Responsible AI across 3 layers: model, Infra/platform, application layer
6. Ability to talk about safety policies, regulations, legal.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
1. Several years program management in AI projects (NLP, computer vision or speech).
2. Extraordinary passion for Generative AI, excellent at prompt engineering.
3. Experience articulating complex technical concepts to all stakeholders and delivering technical presentations.
4. Proven excellent communication skills and experience working with international xFn teams (sales, gtm, designers, and development).
5. B.S. degree and above in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.. Plus: Experience with Responsible AI, AI safety.
2. Plus: Experience recruiting and leading a cross-functional team of world-class individuals.
