Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 13+ years
• Strong experience in Machine Learning in Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
• Expertise in healthcare-specific AI/ML use cases such as genomics, diagnostics, and personalized medicine.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, and FHIR standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML Ops frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various domains.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
