主要职责:

研究和创新: 追踪最新的NLP和大语言模型研究,探索新的技术和方法,以确保公司保持在领域的竞争力.

任职要求:
硕士或博士学位,计算机科学,自然语言处理或相关领域优先.
有AI 咨询服务相关的项目或从业经历.
丰富的自然语言处理和大语言模型经验,包括在大型AI项目中的成功经验.
熟练使用大型AI模型(如GPT-3,BERT等),包括Prompt设计和微调.
出色的团队领导和协作技能,能够有效地管理和指导小型团队.
出色的沟通和项目管理能力.
对NLP和AI领域的最新发展和趋势保持敏锐的洞察力.
