Confidential Head of AI Transformation Role for Major Consulting Firm

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the AI transformation consulting practice
• Main strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) across industries with a focus on digital transformation through the usage of Artificial Intelligence
• As a leadership member, strategize about ways in which you can implement AI into our own organization to make internal operations more efficient
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth across industries
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
• Recruit mentor and develop strong consultants for the AI transformation practice

Required skills

• Experience in IT , Digital, or Management Consulting at a Director or Partner level
• Experience with strategy planning and execution of how AI can be used to drive efficiencies and transformation.
• Strong relationships with executives in key clients across 1 or more Industries in Japan
• Business level English
