What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Xometry, you’ll contribute to projects that directly impact our manufacturing processes and customer experience. What We’re Looking For:
Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Go), and API frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, REST), familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and common python libraries for machine learning (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch) is a plus .
Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 – August 15, 2025).
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Problem-Solving Skills: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results.
Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week.
