Your mission will be…

• Develop AI-driven solutions for for Sales insights, Siemens customers and Sales Rep, across business lines and units, leveraging GenAI technology.
• Act as a Tech Lead in building a multi-data source, multi-LLM modular solution to drive intelligent automation.
• Design and implement LLM-based architectures, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise knowledge repositories, and structured data querying via natural language.
• Build, scale, and optimize AI-powered workloads and apply MLOps best practices to deploy them efficiently.
• Develop and integrate knowledge graphs to enhance LLM functionality and downstream AI applications.
• Work with AI agents and large-scale vector databases to develop advanced RAG applications.
• Develop APIs for seamless AI solution integration across Siemens’ business landscape.

We are looking for someone with…

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a strong foundation in AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with LLM-based development, including training, fine-tuning, and deploying models at scale.
• Proven ability to implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven agents.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and vector databases for scalable AI applications.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud computing and building production-grade AI deployments.
• Proficiency in Python and essential ML/AI libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX/Flax).
• Experience in API development to support AI-driven functionalities.
• Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies, particularly CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles to optimize AI workflows and model lifecycle management.
• Strong software engineering and cloud architecture expertise.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, MLOps, and scalable cloud-based AI architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
