Machine Learning Engineer (4+ years exp) Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on the technical vision and lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the code base, productivity, and team.
• Recruit, interview, and develop interview questions, while fostering a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
• Inspire customers by solving problems.

What You Need

• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Ability to work with both audio and text-based modeling.
• Experience or a strong desire to work at an early-stage company, building everything from scratch.
• A track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Willingness to speak with and spend time with customers.
• Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• A desire to continuously grow and master your craft, while focusing on customer pain points.
