The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership and enjoys managing projects from inception to scaling in production.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on the technical vision and lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the code base, productivity, and team.
- Recruit, interview, and develop interview questions, while fostering a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
- Inspire customers by solving problems.
What You Need
- A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Ability to work with both audio and text-based modeling.
- Experience or a strong desire to work at an early-stage company, building everything from scratch.
- A track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Willingness to speak with and spend time with customers.
- Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
- A desire to continuously grow and master your craft, while focusing on customer pain points.
