关于产品
Custom AI Companion(暂命名)为开发者,AI科学家和AI爱好者提供-个平台,让他们能够根据需求定制AI功能.用户可以在Zoom的广泛使用场景中整合这些AI能力,从而更加高效地工作.
岗位职责
1. 参与需求分析,通过用户行为研究和数据分析挖掘用户需求,与产品团队以及研发部门共同商讨解决方案并独立完成产品交互及UI设计,帮助用户真正解决痛点,提升产品体验;了解生成式AI的技术背景,推动平台AI设计创新;
2. 与研发部门紧密合作,推进并把控设计实现和落地品质;
3. 主动追踪产品落地反馈,持续优化产品;
4. 主导制定产品设计规范,并持续优化;
5. 在设计部门内部和不同设计师紧密合作,如设计系统,文案设计,用研设计,产出统-有效的结果.

任职要求
1.本科或以上学历,5年以上的User-Centered设计经验,熟练的英语读写能力;

2.对人工智能知识充满热情,能够将人工智能技术融入设计中,保持对人工智能技术和趋势的热情,拥有成长心态并能够学习他人的长处;

3.Zoom保持着的产品开发快节奏,您需要通过设计快速交流想法,并与利益相关者和跨团队合作,构建在平台中直观工作的产品;

4.主导过复杂项目的设计,熟练掌握用户行为分析方法和设计工具,熟悉PC/Web/移动端设计规范并灵活运用,有丰富的用户研究和实践经验;

5.逻辑思维严谨,清晰,理解能力强,善于沟通表达,有设计驱动意识,主动完善产品体验;

6.强大的执行能力,同时平衡用户需要和业务目标,从0到1完善产品形态.
