We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Learning Data Analysts to join our team. This role will primarily focus on collaborating with Machine Learning Development Engineers to analyze the data to be used for ML models, evaluating models with meaningful Key Performance Indicators KPIS and then collaborating with dashboard specialist to make sure valuable KPI metric dashboards are created for data monitoring and business uses cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ML data analysis in defining, designing, implementing desired KPI’s for data visualization, dashboard, and user interface design. They will work closely with the database management team to understand underlying data structures and collaborate with MLOps Engineers and ML Engineers to ensure that required data quality is maintained to reflect essential KPIs for model development and tracking.

Your Role

• Collaborate with Machine Learning Development Engineers to create dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high quality KPIs metrics that’s helps in decision making of product.
• Work closely with the database management team to understand the underlying data structures and ensure data availability and quality for ML model pipelines and finally for dashboard creation.
• Liaise with MLOps Engineers and ML Engineers to understand the important KPIs required for model development, tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights for data monitoring analysts and other stakeholders.
• Ensure to have best practices for dashboard design, data visualization, user interface design, for KPI tracking of ML products.
• Provide training and support to data monitoring analysts and other end-users on how to effectively use dashboards for data analysis and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in machine learning model tracking, data visualization, and user interface design.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• #EXP[3-8]
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Machine Learning

• Strong software development skills in Python and Bash scripting. You have a passion for clean, well-tested, and documented code. Automation of data collection, data processing prior to ML Model training/inference pipelines.

• Experience with maintaining data quality with the ability to understand and navigate complex data structures. Collaborate with MLOps engineers to facilitate data interfaces necessary for constructing the MLOps pipeline.
• Work collaboratively with ML engineer’s to gather requirements such as performance metric, model drift detection, error analysis ,etc and define specific KPIs that will be used to monitor the ML models. Ensure that these KPIs are actionable, measurable, and aligned with the overall business objective.

• Collaborate with dashboard specialists to deploy the formulated KPIs.

• Supervise or provide technical guidance to junior’s data monitoring analysts in troubleshooting anomalies and automating the creation of alerts for monitoring purposes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
