We are seeking a talented Lead Solution Architect (f/m/d) with strong experience in designing and delivering GenAI and Machine Learning projects to join our team.

What to expect?

• Create state-of-the art proposals in the analytics domain, especially for SAP BW to Snowflake migration projects
• Support Sales in Business Development activities as technical expert in customer workshops with focus on SAP BW to Snowflake migration
• Lead SAP BW to Snowflake migration projects from inception to completion, as well as ensuring that objectives are met
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions
• Define and manage project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements
• Oversee data visualization and reporting activities to effectively communicate results
• Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP BW to Snowflake migration projects
• Support our SAP BW to Snowflake initiative/campaign and identify opportunities in this area
• Present DXC on conferences and publish whitepapers and blogs to underpin DXC’s thought leadership in this area

What do we expect?

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ph.D degree desirable
• Ideally 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge within the SAP BW technology stack including ABAB
• Experience in Snowflake technology
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• German and English language skills on C2 level (in written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Residence in Germany in preferred regions like Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Stuttgart
• Possession of relevant certifications for SAP BW & snowflake

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on Data&AI projects in the automotive, manufacturing, convenience or retail industry
• Proven Project Record in Data&AI projects in production
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
