Lead Data Scientist, AI/ML and Quantitative Modeling Full-time

Job Description

Purpose of the role

To design, develop, implement, and maintain various statistical, mathematical and machine learning models to support decision-making by analysis and solving complex problems.

Accountabilities

• Acquisition and collection of data from various sources, including internal databases, external datasets, and real-time feeds.
• Performing data cleaning and pre-processing tasks to ensure data quality and suitability for model development.
• Design and implementation of data management strategies for model maintenance and future development.
• Designing, development, and implementation of statistical and machine learning models for various applications, including credit risk assessment, fraud detection, customer segmentation, and marketing optimisation.
• Monitoring model performance in real-time and identify any potential issues or biases.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Data Scientist, AI/ML and Quantitative Modelling. This candidate will be building machine learning models including various deep learning techniques and LLM.

To be successful as a Lead Data Scientist, AI/ML and Quantitative Modelling, you should have experience with:

• Experience building machine learning models
• Experience with paid media targeting and offer personalization in the digital space
• Experience with Market Mix Modeling and marketing budget optimization
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment workflow
• Master’s degree or PhD is preferred

This role is located in New York.

Minimum Salary: $200,000

Maximum Salary: $230,000
