In this hybrid-remote position, you will serve as the driving force behind the development, design, and seamless integration of end-to-end solutions across technical, management, staffing, and cost estimation domains. Leveraging your extensive domain expertise and profound understanding of customer needs, you’ll be instrumental in shaping innovative, competitively priced proposals that secure victories. As the technical lead, you’ll collaborate closely with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams, identifying, tailoring, and integrating technical capabilities to address customer requirements and position our company for success. • Leverage domain expertise, develop comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and lead the development of a complete technical solution
• Participate in development of solutions and proposals to unusually complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation; and collaborate with technical business units to craft unique solutions to respond to customer challenges
• Lead or support the development of the Technical Solution including our Approach, Graphics, and Roadmap with differentiated strengths, tailoring Team SAIC capabilities to the customer problem set
• Support capture with customer meetings by presenting SAIC’s capabilities, services and solutions

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree and 18 years or more of related experience; relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Familiarity with US Army data systems
• Demonstrated expertise providing innovative digital solutions leveraging AI/ML
• Demonstrated ability to articulate a solution across all stakeholders and leadership
• Mission understanding and experience working with US Army commands
• Significant knowledge in one or more of the following areas: NLP, GenAI, AI model development, automation/RPA, data structures
• Demonstrated experience with leading a development team and hands-on experience in the development of demonstration capabilities, proof of concepts, and prototypes
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; experience transitioning solution into written/oral proposal

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understand costs, schedule and level of effort associated with delivering a solution
• Experience with Agile DevSecOps, IaaC, cloud platforms
• Experience winning large, complex government Engineering, IT or Mission Support programs
• Experience architecting on large ($50M+) government procurements either responding to or evaluating

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

• Must have a Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI

Target salary range: $160,001 – $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
