YOUR ROLE

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic junior AI Data Scientists to join our growing team in Switzerland. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful development and implementation of AI Solutions for our clients in the financial services sector while having the opportunity to train and upskill yourself with our junior training & onboarding program. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Providing expert guidance and innovative solutions for leveraging AI and data science to achieve organizational goals
• Collaborating closely with a dedicated Product Owner within client team, as part of a use-case team.
• Developing impactful use cases such as KYC (Know-Your-Customer) solutions and research investment agents
• Following a junior training program

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering Master degree, with 6 months to 2 years of professional experience as Data scientist. Knowledge of Generative AI technologies especially large language models (LLMs). Hands-on experience in building agents using LLMs is a plus;
• Knowledge of Use Cases Development;
• Good technical foundation, particularly in building scalable, agent-driven workflows; Banking knowledge or understanding is a strong plus;
• Specific LLMs: Experience or good knowledge of GPT-4o and LLama3 is necessary for the role.
