What you will enjoy doing

• Your tasks will be to collaborate with key stakeholders to identify key business problems where AI and data science can add value
• You will design and develop stochastic models, simulations and optimization algorithms to develop AI-driven business solutions
• You will also actively conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling to uncover insights and trends
• The use machine learning techniques and causal inference to build predictive models and algorithms will be part of your tasks
• Furthermore you will work with large and complex datasets with structured and unstructured data
• As experienced Data Scientist you will advise and mentor junior members of the data science team on advanced substance scientific areas
• Last but not least you will keep up-to-date with the latest research and innovations in the field of econometrics, causal models and operations research

What makes you great

• You will have a strong academic background with a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Operations Research, or Statistics)
• You have strong experience applying econometric, game theory, and operations research models to real-world business problems
• You can show proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying data-driven solutions using machine learning tools and techniques
• You are proficient in at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, etc.), Python preferred
• You bring a strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders to the job
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is part of your profile
