Internship – Real Estate and Facilities AI Data Analyst Full-time

This internship will enable the student to obtain in-depth knowledge and experience upon facilities data and harvesting, develop framework of FM and RE AI plans. In addition, students will be exposed to operations & maintenance which covers major equipment such as chillers, cooling towers etc. and understanding redundancy requirements, energy management, sustainability and maintenance strategies

• Conduct data analytics and solutioning
• Set up AI framework
• Carry out utility management and sustainability strategies
• Conduct project management and apply engineering concepts
• Further understand maintenance concepts and operational excellence

Internship learning outcomes:

• Streamline FM and Real Estate for AI applications
• Understand operation and maintenance methodologies
• Develop sustainability plans
• Develop energy plans

Your Profile:

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

• On track to attain Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Material Science / Mechanical / Computer Engineering with a positive mindset
• Studied Physics or engineering related subjects in G.C.E.”O level” or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Good and positive attitude
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet timeline
• Willing to learn and interact with people
