Role – UI-UX Designer / Product Designer

Experience – 4 yrs +

Location – Bangalore , Onsite

Responsibilities :

• Drive product and design ideation, planning and prioritization of our different financial products
• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate designdecisions backed by user-behavior and data
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.
• Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions
• Softwares/ tools we use: Adobe CC, Sketch, Zeplin
• Keep up with the constantly evolving field of design for Al/ML, consistently bringing new ideas to the team.

Requirements :

• At least 4+ years of experience in designing consumer web and mobile application product (consumer FinTech product would be bonus
• A good understanding of Frontend principles
• Keen in applying user research, user-needs validation and usability evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.
• Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems and translate them to practical design solutions
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile design.
• Design degrees like Bachelor in Design, Human Factors International or design related field, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or visual design would help.
