Global Leading IT company is looking to hire an HRBP person for newly created department aiming to boost their Ai business. With more than 1000 employees in that department, they work across the entire organization (20.000+ employees) to promote data utilization within the business.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI Business Department leaders to understand their strategic objectives, provide HR insights, and develop tailored HR strategies that support business growth and innovation.
• Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, diversity, employee engagement, and performance metrics;
• Partner with managers to enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning;
• Drive organizational effectiveness through thoughtful organizational design, workforce planning, and development initiatives;
• Lead talent acquisition efforts for the department, partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to attract top AI talent globally.

• Understanding of AI technologies and their implications for HR practices and organizational development.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
