General AI Data Annotator – Vietnamese Full-time

Job Purpose

What we are looking for

RWS Group is looking for US-based General Data Annotators to review and score existing AI-generated responses to prompts (questions) in Vietnamese and provide constructive feedback on the responses. This information will be used to train and improve generative AI and machine learning models.

Typical Tasks

• Score and improve upon existing prompts (questions) and AI-generated responses across a general range of topics in Vietnamese
• Identifying the sentiment in audio recordings of voices
• QA reporting – summarizations of QA’ing other annotators’ work. This includes providing data driven examples and providing locale level insights and recommendations.
• Testing (QA) other annotators’ work
• Correcting incorrect prompt responses using natural language and examples
• Evaluate AI model responses to prompts through scoring, ranking, A/B testing, etc.
• Flag questionable responses that include toxicity, hallucinations, etc.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Vietnamese and proficient in English
• Located in the US
• Ability to work part time, a minimum of 20hrs per week (approx. 4 hours per day M-F)
• Undergraduate associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Detail oriented with the ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Responsible, reliable, and communicative
• Up-to-date knowledge on Vietnamese culture and news is a bonus
