Job Location: Bridge Water, New Jersey

Duration: Fulltime with Cognizant

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in managing and governing multiple complex and flag ship program to deliver the value to the customer.
• Experience in managing the requirements and present the latest program status to customer and work on the deliverables to meet the program deadlines
• Worked in customer facing roles in billed assignments.
• Review the program status, project risks and dependencies with the customer to meet the deadlines
• Formation of Gen AI team to own the delivery for multiple program
• Hands-on experience in presenting the Gen AI solution and delivery plan to customer to gain their confidence to execute complex large program and showcase the value to be delivered to them.

Qualifications:

• Should have min of 8 years of total IT experience
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, data preprocessing, and model training techniques
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in presenting the Gen AI solution and delivery plan to customer to gain their confidence to execute complex large program and showcase the value to be delivered to them

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
