General Summary:

Are you a master student in machine learning, image- or signal processing, computer science or equivalent area? Apply for a summer internship within Advanced Driving Assistance Systems and Automated Driving development at Qualcomm! We are looking for students that want to learn and that feel inspired and motivated to work with combining human and artificial intelligence in our vision perception products!

Data is a key enabler to developing our product detecting drivable lanes, traffic signs and traffic lights, and we are looking for you who want to support us in taking data quality and product performance to the next level!

What you’ll do:

• Explore and test other algorithms for data mining, and suggest and develop new tools as needed
• Analyze and inspect data to explore challenging scenes and understand key scenarios to unlocking advanced performance
• Enhance our current AI powered tooling for automatic annotations
• Develop statistics to understand and visualize data distributions

Student background:

• Studying your 3rd or 4th year of your M.Sc. program
• Great skills in Python, extra meritorious if you also know Qt and Pandas
• Experience with Computer Vision and data visualization
• Understanding of the importance of data in an AI powered world
• As a person, you are innovative, solution focused and possess a strong drive
