Description and Requirements

We are hiring an AI Software Engineer Intern to join the Solutions & Services team. This is a hybrid role based in Morrisville, NC. Onsite presence will be required 3 days per week.

As part of the SSG Innovation and Strategy Team, you’ll be working on cutting-edge AI projects and contributing to the development of new and innovative solutions. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, data scientists, and project leaders, gaining hands-on experience with real-world AI applications while learning how to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions for various business applications.

• Write, test, and debug code in languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.

• Support the team in building and refining AI models and systems.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to challenges.

• Document and communicate your work, including project progress and technical details.

• Participate in team meetings to understand the development lifecycle and best practices.

• Learn about the integration of AI technologies in real-world applications.

Basic Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

• Programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript (full stack knowledge preferred).

• Passion for AI technologies and software development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams.

• Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC.

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI tools and libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

• Experience with version control tools (such as Git).

• Previous experience working on AI, machine learning, or related projects.

• Familiarity with full-stack development or cloud technologies is a plus.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to innovative projects.
