The Commercial PC Business is a high-growth, fast-paced business with an innovation and customer-centered mindset delivering solutions for our enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers. Within the Commercial PC Business is the Future of Work team – building out new hardware designed-for-services, new product solution innovations, and developing future strategies with a collaborative, pan-HP focus and impact.
The Future of Work Solutions Architect and Consultant is responsible for driving the technology vision for the Future of Work team and be a subject matter expert on AI to ISVs evangelizing the value of building local models on the device. You will also consult with our largest Enterprise customers who are building their own local models. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical and business expertise across hardware, software development, services and solutions architecting, business industry knowledge, and technical consulting to influence software developers and enable growth of a brand new category for AI PCs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is 143,850.00- 208,582.50 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
