About the Role

Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your work will involve:

1. Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
2. Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI’s answers.

Requirements

• You have a degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, economics or similar.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the following or similar fields: Product Content Writing, Product Copywriting, Consumer Product Analysis, Technical Product Writing, User Experience (UX) Writing, Product Research Analysis.
• You have professional experience in these retail sectors: electronics and gadgets, home appliances, health and wellness products, beauty and personal care, fashion and apparel, home and furniture, automotive and accessories.
• Your level of English is proficient (C2).
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
