Entry-Level AI Developer Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our new AI development team as an Entry-Level AI Developer. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems to benefit our development organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior AI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
• Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to support model training and validation.
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models under guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of AI applications.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and technology to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Document code, processes, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, with an AI/ML focus
• Proficiency in Python is required. Other languages like Java or C++ is a plus.
• Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of developing with language models such as GPT-3 is desirable.
• Strong understanding of fundamental concepts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is $82,900 to$149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
