Job Description & Summary
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, making significant contributions to our business objectives and enhancing our technology offerings. This position is ideal for a proactive developer who is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems, committed to lifelong learning, and driven by the challenge of building something new.

As an Experienced Gen AI Developer / Programmer your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement AI models for special use cases
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze data.
• Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems in production.
• Deploy and manage AI models using OCI services is a plus

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, Google) for deploying AI models.
• Experience with building LLMs based apps (e.g. ChatGPT, Llama) using differrent techniques: prompt engineering, RAG & fine tuning
• Experience with vector databases & embeddings is a plus

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of experinace (1+ Year in LLM apps development)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
