The work

• As a Data & AI Senior Manager specializing in AI Strategy for Products, you will play a critical role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of AI adoption to address industry challenges, optimize business operations, and elevate customer experiences. Additionally, as the Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for this domain, you will drive the adoption of data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with key industry trends and client priorities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position Accenture as a leader in AI-driven transformation for the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, and Industrial sectors.
• Design and implement AI strategies tailored to the needs of global brands, retailers, travel companies, and manufacturers.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions that address challenges in supply chain management, product development, customer personalization, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, ensuring Accenture’s offerings remain relevant and impactful.
• Collaborate with industry executives and decision-makers to shape AI frameworks that prioritize transparency, ethical considerations, and inclusivity.
• Drive innovation by integrating technologies like Generative AI into solutions that optimize retail operations, enhance customer journeys, and streamline manufacturing and logistics.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment with industry-specific regulations, consumer data privacy standards, and ethical AI principles.

People

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between go-to-market initiatives and business objectives.
• Guide teams of experts, including data scientists, industry specialists, and domain experts, to deliver solutions that resonate with Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, and Industrial priorities.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning tailored to the unique demands of Products-focused projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Products-focused organizations to ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business goals.

Processes

• Lead data and AI projects that transform customer experiences, operational performance, and supply chain efficiency, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and messaging needed to effectively promote and deliver data and AI solutions.
• Engage with Products industry stakeholders to identify key challenges and co-create solutions that balance technological innovation with operational goals.
• Establish frameworks for governance and responsible AI to foster trust and promote ethical AI usage.

Technology and Data

• Champion the use of advanced data and AI technologies, including Generative AI, predictive modeling, and natural language processing, to address Products industry challenges.
• Lead the development of marketing campaigns and strategies that generate demand and awareness for Accenture’s data and AI services in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, and Industrial sectors.
• Lead initiatives to develop scalable AI solutions for inventory optimization, demand forecasting, customer insights, and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI adoption within Products industries, integrating best practices and emerging tools to drive impactful change.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Master’s degree (WO) in Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting or leadership roles, with a focus on AI adoption in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in consumer engagement, retail optimization, travel operations, or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of responsible AI, data ethics, and industry compliance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Products-focused clients to shape and deliver impactful projects, and executing go-to-market strategies, including market analysis, sales enablement, and campaign execution.
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, with experience shaping and selling projects to clients in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, and Industrial sectors.
