Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications for NLP tasks, including text generation, summarization, and conversational AI.
• Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to improve the accuracy and relevance of generative models.
• Work with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate) to store, manage, and retrieve high-dimensional data for AI applications.
• Integrate external knowledge sources into AI models, using retrieval-based methods to enhance their contextual understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the AI/ML solutions meet business objectives and are scalable and efficient.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technologies, including the latest research in LLMs, RAG architectures, and database innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with LLMs like GPT, BERT, or similar models in real-world applications.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architecture and its implementation for enhancing model generation capabilities.
• Experience with Vector Databases for handling large-scale, high-dimensional data.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for AI/ML deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MLOps and the deployment of ML models at scale.
• Familiarity with graph databases and semantic search technologies.
• Knowledge of AI-driven product development lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
