@AI Factory

As an Engineering Manager for our AI Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our AI projects. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven software solutions. Initially, you will have a hands-on role in development, but your primary focus will be on team management, growth, and technical leadership.

As an Engineer Manager, this will be your responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team, assisting with complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.
• Hands-On Development and Recruitment: Actively participate in AI development initially and play a key role in recruiting top AI talent.
• Performance Management and Collaboration: Establish performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, efficiently allocate resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals.

About you

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• AI Development Experience: Proven hands-on experience in AI software development, including machine learning and deep learning expertise.
• Leadership and Team Building: Experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a history of building high-performing teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
• Skills and Methodologies: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in agile development being a plus.
