The purpose of the role is to lead the end to end delivery of quality analytics applications that contain Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)/artificial Intelligence e(AI) and other advanced analytics components. Our Delivery Solutions Lead requires be hands-on in management and consulting on advanced analytics topics for business customers to delivery on business use cases.

In this role, you’ll ensure development runs smoothly, drive continuous process improvement, cooperate with various teams along the solution delivery value chain. Our Solutions Delivery Lead will support project and solution delivery managers with needed content for meetings and team events. You’ll interact with all relevant business leaders to ensure successful solution delivery with up to standard designs. Your typical stakeholders are: architecture teams, data scientists, DevOps, Security, Integration Factory, Infrastructure teams, Platform support teams, Quality assurance team members as well as Product Owners.

This is a high visibility role, with visibility to all technology platforms and access to senior business leaders. Ultimately, you will play a key role within our Quality organisation for Analytics in the successful delivery of next generation platforms that support scientists in the reimagining of medicine.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of business use cases within the Analytics group for high quality analytics applications containing advanced analytics components including GenAI & AI.
• Designing and managing the development of modular, reusable, elegantly designed and maintainable software that supports the Quailty organisation within our Analytics domain as well as strategic initiatives.
• Being hands on, solution driven and customer focused. Supporting the development and maintaining of the code repositories for which you are responsible and respond rapidly to bug reports or security vulnerability issues.
• Embody and integrate software development best practices into your everyday work and inspire others within the engineering community to emulate these practices.
• Collaborate extensively with your colleagues across Security, Compliance, Engineering, Product Management, Product Service Management and Business Management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong experience in a professional environment, building enterprise level applications across platforms, including GenAI/AI components.
• Deep expertise in customer facing IT roles, with a demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise level applications.
• Expert in AWS and/or Azure services.
• Good knowledge of query languages such as Spark, Python, SQL, Snowflake etc.
• Strong capability to collect and interpret requirements, building supporting schemas to clarify requirements.
• Solid experience data engineering fundamentals in data management, data analysis, backend system design.
• Fluent in Agile, Disciplined Agile as well as Waterfall delivery concepts.
• Fluency in English (oral & written).

Desirable:

• Preferred experience with Data & Analytics solutions, including familiarity with ADOIT, ERWIN and Data modelling.
• Proficiency in using tool such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
• Experience operating in a pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industry.
