Project description

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Gurugram or Bangalore. You need to have deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, coupled with robust programming and problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can drive AI-driven projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the latest AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Design & Develop AI Models: Develop and implement advanced AI models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks to solve complex business challenges.

NLP Implementation: Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for tasks such as language modeling, text classification, and sentiment analysis to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Data Science Expertise: Lead data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering efforts to ensure high-quality input for AI models.

Problem-Solving & Analysis: Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently, ensuring project goals are met.

Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for scalable deployment of AI solutions, optimizing performance and cost.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, including product, engineering, and business teams, to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions.

Documentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver clear technical documentation and reports, explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders when necessary.

Skills

Must have

10-14 years in data science, machine learning, and AI roles.

Technical Skills:

Programming: Proficient in Python, and C++ (additional languages are a plus).

AI Frameworks: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.

Data Science: Strong experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Cloud Platforms: Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

Experience with NLP libraries and methodologies.

Exposure to large-scale data processing tools such as Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
