As a Data & AI Product Owner within our Healthcare R&D department, you will lead the complete product lifecycle, starting from the initial planning and development phases to implementing the roadmap and assessing its impact on the business. Your role is critical in improving Healthcare’s data-driven decision-making abilities and ensuring accurate, patient-centric execution. By working closely with end-users, key stakeholders, including business leaders, as well as team members such as data engineers, architects, and data scientists, you will collect and interpret business requirements, translate them into detailed requirements, document user stories, and define essential product features for the roadmap. This role will report to the Head of Product Management in the Healthcare Digital, Data & IT organization. Define and prioritize the product backlog items based on business value, urgency, and available resources.Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product’s functionality, usability, and performance.Continuously gather feedback from end users and regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization.Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to Data and AI, especially LLMs.Who you are: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably focusing on the development of enterprise data and AI products.Ability to strategize for long-term product success and devise clear and actionable product roadmaps to align with the company’s strategic goals.Strong conceptual understanding of NLP, particularly LLMs, cloud technologies, and data visualization tools.Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with GxP regulations is highly advantageous.Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in managing backlog items, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.Fluency in English.
