Data/AI Pre-sales Lead

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must have been in a Data AI Presales role where he/she has built proposals and SOWs related to data analytics solutions covering integration, data governance and end user reporting, Data Science, ML and AI across industries.

The candidate will work with the New Business Development team and lead the Presales cycle for Data and AI leads and opportunities, understand the client’s business and technical needs, envision and design solution options, drive estimations, proposal, SOWs and win themes while working closely with internal WinWire teams (Sales, Delivery and Presales). The candidate is expected to perform the following activities:

  • Lead Go To Market activities for New Business in Data / AI.
  • Independently collaborate with New Client / Sales teams and Alliances on Leads and opportunities
  • Front end all Data AI opportunity discussions with clients and partners
  • Help drive pipeline conversion and grow Data AI new business
  • Help drive new solutions and services accelerators.
  • Play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership in the areas of Data & AI.
  • Provide technical & architecture guidance, for various technology areas in the Data and AI spectrum.
  • Lead development of proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow Data / AI presence with new clients.
  • Work with Account/Sales teams to manage the presales process and provide the leadership throughout the sales-cycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal
  • Work with Global practice teams on RFPs/Events/Go-to-Market (GTM) on solution
  • Drive new solution offerings and build collateral and positioning.
  • Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop and own GTM plans
  • Provide bootstrapping for delivery and lead short term Consulting and POC engagements as required.
  • Provide demonstration of tools to clients on the Microsoft Data and Analytics stack and Databricks Data Intelligence platform

Qualifications –

  • Ideal candidate will have an overall 10-15 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Technical Consulting and Presales in Data Analytics and AI.
  • Prior experience in a collaborative environment with a Global Delivery Model based IT Services Company (System Integrator / Services Company)

Experience with

  1. Power BI (2+ years)
  2. Microsoft Azure Data Platforms (2+ years) – Data Lake, DW, Integration services
  3. Microsoft Fabric (1 year)
  4. Databricks (2+ years)
  5. Other Data warehousing tools / technologies

Others

  1. Experience in Multiple industry Domains – Healthcare, Life science, Retail preferred
