About Organization

Cyber Defense Operations Department is responsible to protect RMI’s information systems, telco networks, and data from cyber threats. This involves detecting, responding to, and mitigating cyber attacks in real-time to minimize damage and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical assets.

Job Duties

The incumbent will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving data and model pipelines, predictive and prescriptive models to drive strategic decision-making and improve cybersecurity poster across the organization . They will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, along with solid coding skills and a knack for problem-solving.

• Design and develop predictive models and algorithms to extract insights from large, complex data sets.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams to build data and model pipelines.
• Assist in data preprocessing, such as data cleaning, data transformation and feature extraction.
• Develop and implement ML/AI models for threat detection, prediction, and mitigation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to understand threat landscape and develop appropriate ML/AI solutions.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of existing ML/AI models.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of ML/AI models into existing systems.
• Develop and plan optimal solutions for customers in coordination with security assurance, engineering, and product teams.

Minimum Qualification

• Master’s of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics/Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of academic and/or industry Experience in fields related to machine learning, deep learning and/or Data science.
• Proven experience and proficiency as a Data Engineer, ML/AI Specialist or similar role developing ML/AI models
• Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualification

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and mitigation techniques.
• Good understanding of computer networks and networking protocols.
• Expertise with chatbot related technologies such as ASR, TTS, LLMs, or RAG
• Experience using DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Singularity, etc
