    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS AI/ML Architect to drive AI-powered automation in CloudOps for ERP and non-ERP applications hosted on AWS. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML solutions to enhance cloud infrastructure management, automate repetitive tasks, and improve system efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a key technical leader in cloud automation, AI-driven optimizations, and proactive cloud monitoring while ensuring compliance with cloud best practices.
    Key Responsibilities:
    AI/ML Implementation & Cloud Automation:< <
  • Develop AI-driven automation solutions for CloudOps, including resource optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement.<
  • Design predictive models for scaling, fault detection, and workload balancing.
  • Implement AI-powered chatbots and assistants for CloudOps support.
  • Leverage AI for cloud security, threat detection, and compliance monitoring.

    • CloudOps & System Optimization:

    • Automate cloud infrastructure management tasks (provisioning, incident resolution, performance tuning).
    • Deploy AI-based monitoring tools to detect anomalies and prevent outages.
    • Improve uptime and business continuity through predictive analytics.

    Collaboration & Integration:

    • Work with DevOps, CloudOps, and Engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into cloud infrastructure.
    • Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
    • Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and cloud automation technologies.<
      Operational Support & Escalation:< <
    • Serve as an L3/L4 escalation point for critical production issues.<
    • Adhere to change management protocols while executing service requests.<
    • Optimize standard operating procedures through automation techniques.<
      Required Qualifications:< <
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.<
    • Minimum 3+ years in AI/ML technologies & cloud operations (Total 8-10 years of experience).<
    • Hands-on experience in AWS AI/ML services, automation, and cloud-native solutions.< <
