Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS AI/ML Architect to drive AI-powered automation in CloudOps for ERP and non-ERP applications hosted on AWS. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML solutions to enhance cloud infrastructure management, automate repetitive tasks, and improve system efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a key technical leader in cloud automation, AI-driven optimizations, and proactive cloud monitoring while ensuring compliance with cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Implementation & Cloud Automation:< <
CloudOps & System Optimization:
- Automate cloud infrastructure management tasks (provisioning, incident resolution, performance tuning).
- Deploy AI-based monitoring tools to detect anomalies and prevent outages.
- Improve uptime and business continuity through predictive analytics.
Collaboration & Integration:
- Work with DevOps, CloudOps, and Engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and cloud automation technologies.<
Operational Support & Escalation:< < - Serve as an L3/L4 escalation point for critical production issues.<
- Adhere to change management protocols while executing service requests.<
- Optimize standard operating procedures through automation techniques.<
Required Qualifications:< < - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.<
- Minimum 3+ years in AI/ML technologies & cloud operations (Total 8-10 years of experience).<
- Hands-on experience in AWS AI/ML services, automation, and cloud-native solutions.< <
