Responsibilities:

Take part in a voice collection project by completing a series of calls in supervision of a moderator. Calls are expected to be 7 minutes long in average, and to be completed with a partner. You can bring your partner, or we can assign you a partner from our database.

Requirements:

• Speaker of Chinese – Taiwan
• Comfortable working on Google Platforms (Drives, Docs, Meet)
• Experience in Call Center or Support roles
• Experience in finance/banking is nice to have
