What role will you play?

• Identify, design, and prioritize intelligent automation solutions using technologies such as Generative AI, Mendix, AWS and ServiceNow.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration and communication through workshops, exploring different approaches, their risks, benefits, and impacts.
• Act as a translator between tech teams and the business world, promoting digital transformation, AI, and innovation.
• Oversee the end-to-end rollout of solutions, including defining user stories, calculating business impact, testing developments, and identifying changes.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations..
• Cultivate a culture of feedback, communication, and service development according to company values.
• Collaborate with customers and digital domains such as advanced analytics, generative AI, business process management, and smart automation..

What do you need to have:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in business analysis, product or service management, focusing on digital transformation and/or AI.
• Education: Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, Innovation Management, or equivalent. Fluent in English.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with Generative AI, low code, and business process management tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working with development teams, customers, and partners.
• Workshop Facilitation: Ability to plan and conduct workshops, align requirements using customer development and design thinking methods.
• Interpersonal and Adaptability Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proactive, quick learner, and able to work effectively in multicultural, multinational teams. Flexible to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.
