Job description

• Expand your horizons: You support us in assessing our current Research and Development processes, identifying areas for improvement, and uncovering digitalization opportunities
• Drive digitalization: You identify, define, and prioritize digitalization use cases with a focus on (Generative) AI
• Evaluate opportunities: You develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for the proposed digitalization initiatives
• Inform your colleagues: You document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations

Your profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics or similar
• Experience: You show familiarity with digital technologies, and you had first experiences in the field of business analytics or data science
• (Generative) AI: You gathered first experiences with AI and Generative AI
• Way of working: You enjoy working in a team and are able to work independently
• Personality: You have an analytical, problem-solving, and communicative mindset
• Skills: You are proficient with MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. As a plus, you have knowledge of common programming languages like Python or R
• Availability: You can preferably work 16-20 hours per week
• Language skills: You have good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
