In the Role

TripleTen is seeking a talented International Legal Counsel to join our Legal department as a commercial lawyer to support our B2B team (Educational and AI products).

If you have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in a legal firm or tech company and excel in client negotiations, product team advocacy, drafting core legal documents, and assisting with the launch of new tech products, we want you to be part of our innovative team. This position will report to our Chief Legal Officer.

What you will do

As our Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in:

• Draft Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and different templates for B2B products worldwide;
• Negotiate win-win agreements with clients;
• Review various purchase agreements for B2B products;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external counsels to ensure efficient B2B products launches; Provide legal analysis and advice on commercial-related legal issues, help to navigate complex legal landscapes;
• Implement and review Privacy by Design model, in collaboration with Group Privacy Officer;
• Manage records of processing activities, data transfer agreements and SCCs, DPIAs, TIAs, DPAs, privacy notices; Advise on best legal practices in the educational and AI business spheres (experience in this area is a plus!)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• EU/UK Legal degree;
• A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in legal firms or technology companies;
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR (CIPP/E qualification preferred, not mandatory), e-Privacy laws, and ideally global privacy regulations (UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) (as a plus);
• Experience or familiarity with artificial intelligence, large language models, and associated AI compliance regimes, are preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional contract drafting and legal writing skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities;
• Proven experience with B2B contracts and legal support for educational and AI products.
