THE WORK:

In this influential role, you will:

• Lead and execute impactful data and ai strategies that deliver value outcomes for our clients, tailored for the New Zealand market.
• Build client relationships to driver consulting-led selling, effectively articulating and validating Data, Advanced Analytics, AI, and Machine-Learning solutions for the unique needs of New Zealand businesses.
• Manage client expectations with confidence, contribute to contractual commitments, and play a key role in the SteerCo.
• Shape and guide the growth of our local practice, actively recruiting top-tier talent to drive success.
• Collaborate with global experts, ensuring our approach aligns with the nuances of the New Zealand Data and AI landscape.

• Proven leadership in managing sizable Data and AI teams.
• Extensive experience in consulting-led selling of Data, Advanced Analytics, AI, and Machine-Learning solutions.

• Credibility in managing client expectations and delivering successful AI programs of work.
• Strategic mindset and the ability to shape and lead a rapidly growing practice.
• Experience in shaping and delivering Data and AI strategies for diverse industries.
• Track record of recruiting and leading high-performing Data and AI teams.
• Expertise in AI technologies such as Natural Language Understanding, Computer Vision, and Sentiment Analysis.
• Help our clients to adopt AI in their organisations responsibly.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate the business impact of advanced analytics solutions.
