Assistant Vice President – AI & ML Full-time

Job Description: As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at DSP you will play a pivotal role in the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-powered products and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our AI/ML initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

1. Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms to solve challenging business problems.
2. Model Training: Train and fine-tune deep learning models using large datasets, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
3. Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data to prepare it for machine learning tasks.
4. Feature Engineering: Create meaningful features and representations to enhance model performance.
5. Evaluation and Validation: Develop robust evaluation strategies and validation techniques to assess model performance and generalization.
6. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
7. Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field. PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures and techniques.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Publications, patents, or contributions to the AI/ML community are a plus
