What can we do together?

Are you an AI enthusiast looking to make a significant impact in the supply chain domain? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Deployment Champion to join our dynamic and international team based in Grenoble. In this role, you will lead and deploy artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within our supply chain organization, ensuring seamless integration and maximum adoption. This position requires a deep understanding of change management principles, excellent communication skills, and strong pedagogical abilities.

As an AI Deployment Champion, you will be involved in several exciting missions, including but not limited to:

• Understanding the complexity of our business and assessing the tools available internally.
• Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities for AI deployment.
• Developing a comprehensive training plan, deploying the training, and supporting employees throughout the process.
• Supporting communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Who You Are:

• An engineering or Master’s degree student in AI, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent field.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in the IT industry and/or supply chain.
• Proficient in project management skills and associated tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and French.
• Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results.
• Strong leadership skills with a driving attitude, results-oriented mindset, and proactive follow-up.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business strategy.
